Cell Stone’s Cell-Pak® alumina silica corrugated heat recovery media
for RTOs comes in a number of sizes and is optimized for high heat recovery
with low pressure drop. Sizes and geometry are similar in composition and
performance to other manufacturer’s products.
Cell-Pak® corrugated media can be used in higher velocity applications
with moderate particulate. It is thermally stable to 2400ºF and has 30%
lower pressure drop than standard random saddles. The corrugated geometry
is less susceptible to thermal channeling and poor distribution exhibited
by structured monolith media.
